We decided our chocolate was too good to let added sugar get in the way, and we created a whole line of unbelievable keto and low-carb treats botanically-sweetened with stevia. And you know what happened? Life. Got. Sweeter.
Lily's Delicious Keto Peanut Butter Cups (Fat Bombs):
Step 1. Melt chocolate chips by placing chips in double boiler over gently simmering (not boiling) water. Stir chips constantly until melted.
Step 2. Scoop a tablespoon of melted chocolate into mini cupcake tin.
Step 3. Scoop a teaspoon of peanut butter on top of melted chocolate. Tip: Putting peanut butter in the the freezer 2 min. before scooping makes it easier to scoop the amount you want!
Step 4. Scoop a final tablespoon of chocolate onto peanut butter.
Step 5. Repeat.
Step 6. Place melted PB cups in freezer to harden for approximately 30 minutes.
Makes approx. 10 cups.
