Are you interested in politics? There are so many people who are interested in politics. And many would agree with me that politics is not all about gilded gilders. Even in politics, there are disagreements and opinions that others don\’t know how to deal with. And I think it\’s really unfortunate that people argue just because someone hates politics or someone likes politics. I think that\’s really sad. Because there are more fun topics than politics.

But try telling that to someone who is really into politics. I know a friend of mine who was in elementary school with me. When he graduated from college, which of course was not me, we ran into each other somewhere by chance. As we talked there, he told me he was going to run for political office. Because at the elementary and junior high school we went to together, he was a real savage, and I never thought he would be interested in politics. And when I heard his views on politics, I just cringed.

I really wanted to say something nasty already, but instead I bit my tongue and kept quiet. I am not the kind of person who argues, much less discusses politics. There is politics in politics. People argue a lot in politics and that is perfectly normal. In my opinion, that is just politics, politics as a whole. Even congressmen argue all the time. Even on the TV news you can see politicians arguing and fighting. Is this normal?
