Love My Buns Low-Carb Chocolate Mug Cake
This chocolate mug cake is one of the many amazing recipes you can make with the Love My Buns dry mix. A perfect low-carb way to curb your chocolate cravings.
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a greased mug, mix together:
2 tbsp Love My Buns baking mix
1 large egg
2 tbsp water
1 tsp oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar, or other vinegar/lemon/lime juice.
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cacao powder
1/4 tsp chocolate stevia
a pinch of cinnamon
Mix quickly in mug and microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until the top is fully cooked. Remove from the microwave and enjoy your tasty low-carb chocolate cake!

Keto Cloud Bread
3 eggs separated
3 tbsp cream cheese or dairy-free cream cheese
1/4 tsp baking powder or cream of tarter
Preheat oven to 350F.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. In the bowl with the yolks add the cream cheese and mix with a hand mixer until fully blended.
Add the baking powder or cream of tarter to the egg whites and mix with the hand mixer until fluffy and forms peaks.
Fold the two mixtures together until fully combined – do not over mix
Scoop the batter onto a line baking sheet, into even rounds, about the size of a hamburger bun.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to a cooling rack, let cool and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container.
